Do you want to join in the fun and improve your physical and mental health? Supernatural VR Fitness workouts are life changing! If you want to start doing these virtual reality workouts, here is the bare minimum about what you need. We’ll detail optional accessories and add-ons in a different post.
- Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3, or Meta Quest 3s
This is the VR gaming device from Meta (aka Facebook). It was originally made by Oculus before Meta bought the company. The Quest system includes the headset, left controller, and right controller. The originally Meta Quest (1) used to be able to run Supernatural but not anymore. Make sure you get the 2 or higher. They come with different storage size, ranging from 128 GB to 512 GB. Since Supernatural streams, it doesn’t need much storage on your device directly. 128 GB is more than enough storage space unless you plan on downloading other VR apps and games and possibly making a lot of recordings and screen captures. - The Supernatural app and a Supernatural subscription
Download the Supernatural app from the Meta store once you’re in the headset. You can also queue it up for download from your phone using the Meta app. Supernatural is $9.99 a month or save with the yearly price of $99.99 a year. - A good wi-fi connection
Since Supernatural workouts stream, you need to be connected to the internet in order. A fast Wi-Fi connection is a must!
And those are the basics! You really don’t need anything else, but some may argue that they can’t enjoy their workouts without certain accessories like an upgraded head strap, sweat liners, proximity mat, battery pack, and more. We’ll cover those soon in a separate post.
